JOHN FFront end of uhaul was so bad that it strayed all over the road. Brakes jerked the vehicle to the right every time you used them. Vehicle was unsafe and customer service wanted to make a long protracted problem out of it. I eventually ended up just driving it anyway and hurried to get rid of it.
