How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe truck was great but we were only given a 1/4 tank of gas so when we returned it with less than an 1/8 used we were prepared to pay for the gas we used as we were running late but we were then told we would have to pay 30 extra dollars because the truck had less than a 1/4 tank of gas we were never told that when we rented it our sales guy only said if we did not return with a 1/4 tank they would charge us for the gas but never explained the extra penalty of $30 ! This was not the best experience .
