At check in, the first customer service rep (Lady) that assisted via the virtual checkin was difficult to work with. Had to go outside for internet connection. When I returned, she had left. Brad and Midgard employee were outstanding. At checkout, the rep that checked me out was outstanding, The midgard employee also provided outstanding customer service.
WILLIAM NWhen I checked out the truck, the employee said to return it at a 1/4 tank of fuel. When I entered the truck, I received a message stating 7 miles to Empty. So I had to waste time and get fuel which added miles and more money to spend. I returned the truck with 70 miles to E, a lot more than when I started. I really should get some kind of credit or compensation. I have had better experiences with Penske and enterprise for rental trucks.
ANTONIO RDid not have the truck I reserve, there was no prior notification that the truck was not available., This cost be double in mileage cost, as I had to do double the trips. I have been double charged for my reservation. This has happened too many times now.
BLAIR EI am not a phone transaction guy and most likely not do it again..I need a physical person to be in front of me for my transaction.
