My truck was not available once I arrived at my scheduled pick up time. There was no one onsite to assist me since he had gone home for the day. There was a virtual assistant who was not able to help me out or provide me with an alternative except to send me to another location. I specifically requested this location since I have my storage space there. This was later in the day and I had already secured help for my move and found myself without a truck. There were other trucks sitting there and I felt that since the truck I requested was not returned by the person who was using it an alternative should have been setup for me before someone left the site and a phone call to alert me would have been nice as well. This location has poor internet reception and trying to make other arrangements was difficult and disappointing. It showed a wireless connection was available but there was no sign posted revealing the password to use it.

Have the App work better. Could not return via the App. Needed to call in and both services representatives I talked to couldn’t help. Response was to take a picture of the dash with fuel and mileage.
Francis TAll good except I forgot my garage opener controller in the cockpit and I’m struggling to get it back … just spoke to customer service, went back to the store and nobody can support my on that.
