Very far from my house. Zero staff on site and I had to take all the photos for u-haul. If I’m doing the work of staff, I should be discounted.

Reyna FThis is the second time I’ve rented from this location and the equipment I reserved was not available. What made it even more frustrating was that no one contacted me ahead of time to let me know. My reservation was for 6:00 AM on a Sunday, so there was no one available to help or offer a solution. Had I been informed in advance, I would have rented from a different location. This created unnecessary stress and delays during my move, which could have easily been avoided with better communication. Additionally, the U-Haul was not cleaned before I picked it up. While that wasn’t a major issue for me, it does make you worry about being held responsible for the condition of the vehicle when you return it. Unfortunately, after experiencing the same issue twice, I won’t be using this location again and I chose to use another storage location.
George WThe battery might have an issue. The only challenge with location is I had no parking so I had to park where truck was after moving vehicles around.
Sly PDaryl was very helpful and informative. My only negative comment is to point out that the $29.95 daily rental charge ended up at a total of $105 for the 6-hour rental. This includes charges for insurance, mileage (33 miles), taxes, fees, and gasoline.
