Had my rental moved to this location because they had the truck I wanted to rent, the location did not have the furniture pads I had included in my rental, was directed to a nearby location which did have the pads and rented them there, they also had my size truck there. Maybe it would have been better if my rental had be picked up there instead. Also when I inspected the truck I never opened the back since it took so long to straighten out the pad issue, however when I did open the back when I picked up the pads it was discovered the truck had pads inside and a hand truck, I left them in truck when I dropped it off.
