We reserved a vehicle weeks ago and were called Friday to tell us they had no vehicles at the location in Cortland and we could have a truck 1/2 the size a day earlier which was rediculous . I told them I would pick up and drop off in mentor instead which cost be an additional 139.00 since I had to drive all the way to cortland with it , I get to the mentor location and there are No vehicles. What is the point of reservations if you don’t have vehicles. It was the most frustrating experience. You all need to do better !!!

Dropped off early but they wouldn’t give me a receipt. They said that they will check the truck after closing hours. But no one was in the shop and the lady just sat behind the counter eating her sandwich. Therefore, I had no idea what I would be charged extra for until that evening or the next day. I called customer service and was told that I needed to call the area’s scheduler. They did nothing about it.
