Not charging double the price and not show it on the receipt and clean out U-Haul before rentals
HAILEY HWhen I got to my drop off location, the employee informed me that the trailer had my jackknifed and the breaking system was bent and the tab was broken and that the trailer should’ve never been dispatched to me. I’m upset the pickup place didn’t mention anything about it to me.
Ryan GCheck in was super fast, truck was ready to go. Truck was old, but everything worked just fine. Drop off was simple, just put the key in the box. No issues.
