The keys were not in the lock box. Had to call the management to get them.

LORA BTurned truck in and was charged for 3 extra days that I didn’t have it. Tried calling and voicemail was full and couldn’t leave a message.
Uwe RJordan was amazing in assisting getting the truck checked in, there was a struggle, when I created the rental I was picking the truck up in muscatine Iowa and dropping it at pro salon in meridian Idaho, I dropped it off a couple days early and then the next day I receive an email that it’s suppose to be dropped off somewhere else, Jordan assisted me in resolving this as well, as I said Jordan was amazing but as far as U-Haul I don’t know that I would ever use you again.
