IVORY WThis was not the original pick-up location where I had reserved the trailer. The original trailer was to be picked up at 9 AM, but no one was at work. I waited until 9:20 and then called to find the closest available trailer. This set me back 1 1/2 hours getting on the road to where I needed to be. The clerk at this location was helpful and friendly. I have requested a $50 refund for the inconvenience, but have received nothing.

William MNot the location's fault, but the had to take a truck from Huntsville, AL to Tupelo, MS and back to Boone, NC. Not sure why this was the closest location, but very inconvenient. Tupelo location did not contact me directly, but just sent a text saying the new location was 45 miles north of where we were coming in. Poor customer service on Tupelo, MS location. I would not recommend the Tupelo, MS location to anyone.
