Truck was fine. Was not happy that our reservation was moved to Meridianville which added 10 extra miles on one way. I was also charged for a cleaning fee that was not told that we would have.
Michelle MRocket City Storage was great to work with. They were very friendly and helpful. Otherwise, U-Haul was frustrating. The company bumped me from my pickup location three times! They even sent me to a U-haul business that was closed. I actually was bumped from Rocket City Storage one time. I went back to them because they had plenty of trucks. U-haul needs to get it's act together.
