Have someone there that can reimburse us if we send it back with more gas than we needed to and don't charge extra day if unable to drop off if location is closed. Not impressed!

David Sthe Trailer I rented had a very imbalanced wheel/axle, I towed this trailer to Chilliwack empty to retrieve a car and elected to not use the trailer due to the vibration. returning/exchanging it was a nightmare of hours on hold!! I drove 11hours and towed NOTHING retuning home empty because no other trailers were available. I was still charged for this rental and i still need to get this vehicle towed somehow from Chilliwack to Revelstoke BC
