GERRIT VI didnt like how i had to drive from Surrey BC to Merrit BC to pick up the truck. I found out once in Merrit that another person had to drive from Merrit BC to Mission BC to pick up their truck. There has to be a better process where i can book a particular size truck and get notified when it is in my area.
COLIN MEven though closed on weekends, provides available yard fhours or ease of drop off and no worries
PAULA-ANNE CThe website for contact less pick up was difficult and took over an hour to navigate. I didn’t het cear instructions about the lock box being ON the truck. I may have missed something but I was pretty frustrated with the app by this point.
