When a client orders a particular size unit from a specific location with 2 (two) to 3 (three) weeks notice. The client would and should expect the said ordered size of unit, to be where the client ordered from. That was not the case here. We decided to go with the smaller unit, rather than drive for over an hour to get the unit ordered. Thought u-haul customer service sucked.
