Jimmie Vickers is the BEST place to rent a truck! Always great service and keeps well-maintained trucks. I'd like to give my thanks to them for fixing a issue caused by U-Haul Traffic Office. The Traffic Office assigned a 15' foot truck, a truck I did not need or want. It is upsetting to reserve a specific type vehicle for a unique need and have Traffic re-assign a different vehicle without ANY coordination with me. Nothing worst than showing up to pick up the keys and see that Traffic Office messed it up. Also note the fact that Traffic Office is forcing upon me a truck with a higher daily rental rate along with poorer gas mileage. Jimmie Vickers tackled the issue and promptly fixed it. This is why I will continue to do business with them!! Thank you.
DOUGLAS TThis location was super. The Uhaul representative was on the line with another customer so we had to wait a bit, but when she was ready for us, she gave us all her attention. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped us hook up the trailer to the truck we were renting. I decided to go with this location due to the overwhelming number of positive reviews online, and I wanted to interact with a person, not the app. Did not disappoint. The only downfall you would have is if there are people in front of you. There is only one rep to help you, so if there are two people in front of you, it could be awhile, but when it's your turn, it is YOUR turn; so recommend getting there first thing.
