The office was small, unorganized and chaotic. It was unclear who was there for what, where you're supposed to wait, and the lady at the desk was just as confused as everyone else waiting in multiple lines. If picking up from this location I would recommend getting there early as you will most likely be waiting for quite some time as we did.

The misses (sorry forgot her name) went above and beyond. I noticed the truck was to small so when I troubled her to get a bigger size without hesitation she runs in and completes the paperwork and runs out she was running not exaggerating very good employee!

The location where we had our reservation gave away our truck, so we went to Jimmie Vickers to rent a truck that was larger and more expensive than we needed because it was the only option. Once there, it took us 90 minutes to get a truck. They claimed the uhaul servers were down and we had to wait until their computers could complete the transaction. We were forced to wait because there were no other rentals available in the area. BAD experience!
