Paulo CThis U-Haul did not leave the truck or they said they would I had trouble pulling out. The truck sounded like it was gonna explode the entire time I had it. Upon drop-off, they changed my drop off location, which changed my mileage, which is the reason that I’m not paying the unpaid balance. Customer service was zero help because it was a Sunday. completely disappointed.
