ROXXANN GThe keys weren’t in the lockbox and it was a 45 minute ordeal to pick up the truck. Eventually, a substitute truck was found. Ordered a 15’ truck. Confirmes a 15’ truck. Ended up with a 20’ truck and charged extra.
Adam SI was happy that they had the truck that we reserved , was a relief, the other location by us did not hold our reservation last time (Rockledge) and we had to drive somewhere inconvenient and wait to get it. That is a huge plus. Staff was polite and service fast. We will use Jimmie. Vickers from now on.
