This location was super. The Uhaul representative was on the line with another customer so we had to wait a bit, but when she was ready for us, she gave us all her attention. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped us hook up the trailer to the truck we were renting. I decided to go with this location due to the overwhelming number of positive reviews online, and I wanted to interact with a person, not the app. Did not disappoint. The only downfall you would have is if there are people in front of you. There is only one rep to help you, so if there are two people in front of you, it could be awhile, but when it's your turn, it is YOUR turn; so recommend getting there first thing.
