Dirty, slow check-in, language barrier, let me leave location with a pad lock locking the back. The fuel tank appeared and I was told it was full of fuel but it was not. It cost time and money to festive back to location to have lock taken off

How U-Haul Reviews WorkFYI, location was very dirty, internet did not work, took a long time to get the contract for the pick up. truck very, very, very dirty inside and out. When I returned truck, internet still out, they were unable to give me any paperwork when returned, thankfully I took a picture of the mileage in and out. I will not return to this location
