The pick up location is not a physical building, it is a side street in a sketchy area. There was no assistance available when the app refused to "authorize" me to pick up. I have no idea why U-Haul allows this company to represent them.

John DThe instruction needs to be improved for the Uhaul service. I couldn't find anyone on site and have no idea how to start. The owner previously thought I stole his Uhaul truck at first even with the reservation. The communication is so bad.
