I recently rented a U-Haul truck and unfortunately had a concerning experience. The side mirror on the vehicle was loose and kept shifting while I was driving on the road. This made it very difficult and unsafe to change lanes, as I couldn’t get a stable view of the traffic beside me. This issue made the drive stressful and potentially dangerous. I hope U-Haul inspects their vehicles more carefully to ensure mirrors and other safety features are secure for future renters.
