Uhaul called the day before to told me I'd need to pick up the equipment at 2 different locations and charged me 200 more then quoted in email.

Courteous and very helpful
Kevin HKid at the counter who had no idea how to process an uhaul pickup. It took way longer than necessary becasue they didnt know what to do and weren't trained. The truck was terrible to drive and driver wad worried it was going to break down.

EDWIN BI had a problem with uploading my driver’s license they said may have to go out side as not a great signal inside I then had to upload many times as it would not allow it so then I went back in and the gentleman took my license and he then uploaded it so this is a problem for me as my license was out of my possession and the gentleman used his phone to take the picture and uploaded it so this is something that should have been done before I went there
