Don't book a mobile pickup 1 hr before opening and not leave the key or anything ready for pickup. The location blamed it on U-Haul and vice versa. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!!

How U-Haul Reviews WorkFirst time renting and nothing was explained to me about dropping off after hours. Just drop key off. I rented van a Friday returned the next day no one there and was charge 3 days of rental.
OTILIA MIt was very difficult accessing the key to the truck, a person that works in the facility had to get a crow bar to open the box, obviously that’s not something the average renter expects to encounter
