Was quoted for $35 to rent for 1 hour and travel less than 10 miles. Directions were unclear and was charged $85. Incredibly frustrating.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis is not so much about the location, but rather about U-Hauls system in general. The "automated" check out process is horrible, the system doesn't work and the alternative is super manual and slow. On top of that, the truck itself had a check engine light on.
