The U-Haul came with none of the materials I had requested it with (furniture/utility dolly) and on top of that, the truck was on E when I got it, so I had to put gas before even utilizing the truck.
Elizabeth C.They doesn't have the truck that I reserve. I took one smaller one because the moving people were waiting fot me. Also, the utilities wasn't there. Bad customer service. The only person working on the store, just told me “The truck that did you reserve is not here. I have nothing to do.â€
