2 stars. Very frustrating experience overall. The online reservation process on my device was terrible, and the identity verification process was overly complicated and time-consuming. When I arrived at the pickup location I selected, there was no staff available, and the truck they assigned me was not even the size I originally reserved. Then I was transferred to another representative and ended up getting charged twice. After returning the truck, I checked my bank account and saw yet another charge. I was told one of the charges was just a temporary hold that would disappear once the final amount posted, but that never happened. Now I have another charge that I need to dispute. Poor organization and disappointing customer service. 2 stars. La experiencia fue bastante frustrante. La reservación por internet desde mi dispositivo fue pésima y el proceso de verificación de identidad demasiado complicado y lento. Cuando llegué al punto de recogida que elegí, no había personal disponible y el camión asignado ni siquiera tenía la medida que había reservado. Después me transfirieron con otra representante y terminé con un cargo doble en mi cuenta. Luego entrego el camión, reviso mi estado de cuenta y aparece otro cargo más. Me dijeron que uno de los cargos era “retenido” y desaparecería al reflejarse el monto real, pero no fue así. Ahora me toca discutir otro cobro adicional. Muy mala organización y experiencia en general.

George WI rented a 15' truck on Friday, May 30th at approximately 10:26 am and returned it the same day at approximately 5:30 pm at which time I filled the tank with $30 and returned the key at the register. I drove a total of 40-45 miles but the receipt shows that I returned the truck with an additional 103 miles on Saturday, May 31 st at approximately 8:30 am. I tried to resolve the matter with business but was unable to. i contacted my credit card company and they are conducting an investigation.
