Attendant was very helpful with explaining how to hook and unhook the auto transport trailer. However the truck didn't come with a lock. My frustration is with the booking itself. when I made a reservation for the trailer, U-Haul charged me for 2 separate reservations instead of combining both. So I ended up paying full price for the trailer instead of the discounted price for combining them.
