The overall service was not pleasant, i was also charged for 65 miles when i only did 14 miles, i literally went around the corner to my sisters to deliver a fridge & came right back.

Susana GMy experience was a ripoff. I did expect to rent a truck for $ 19.99 a day just for couple of hours in town. The person who did registration after was done ✔️ handed the key 🔑 and told me that he was going to send my receipt on my email. When I had the time to read my receipt I was shocked 😲 my bill was $153.24 . I did complain at the drop off place 😒. They didn't care about . Trying B.S. me , but not results 😢. My advice is, stay away from this place.
Umberto RThe store needs to add air fresher in it. The smell of smoke hit my nose at the door and until I finished my transaction. Sadly, as a woman that doesn’t smoke. It was bad!!! I only stayed there because of emergency reasons that I needed the truck.
THOMAS EThe whole experience was a disaster. We booked the truck with unlimitedmiles for 24 hours, only to get an email telling us much later that the location that we wanted to pick up from was arbitrarily changed. The place we went to was a convinence store and took forever to assist us since they wanted to assist their clients that were "quick" purchase items...aka....lottery tickets and such. After receiving my truck and making the move i took the truck to the location on my email only to be told by the Application that once again Uhaul changed my drop-off location to 40 minutes away. I called the hotline where the agent told me that, uhaul, "Needed my truck at the other place not this one." How is it my job to be the transporter of uhaul?? Then the cherry on top...I received my bill, uhaul is now charging me for dropping the truck off at the wrong location...(this is not what happened) and charging me for going over miles..(which i purchased unlimited miles). This is an experience that has convinced me that cheaper is not always better. Uhaul has become the Fox Rent-a-car of moving trucks. If i could give a zero out of 10 I would.
