Lawnmower repair in Middleburg, FL disallowed on-site vehicle loading; had to park accross highway, double-back and load. Delayed ETA. Truck Rear leaf springs worn; couldn't support weight of cargo. No jounce & rebound support for suspension. Had to drive 50mph for 6 hours. Severly delayed arrival time. Not OK. Auto Transport carrier left side ramp retention lock broke. PakMail not identified in app, under reservation; only the address. Couldn't find key drop box. wasted 2 hours on a return trip to drop off key.
