vibrations and wasn't running right

GREGORY MThe location attempted to charge me almost double for the rental. It was when I pointed out that the contract that was quoted to me on the app was significantly cheaper. Had I not said anything I feel as though I would’ve been convinced to pay the much higher amount. I won’t be back to this location to rent a U-Haul or to even get gas.
MICHAEL THad a difficult day with the move and was asking legitimate questions regarding billing and close out of the rental to the establishment representative. She had no patience, as I was having difficulty with doing the app close out (I was uncomfortable with it and wanted some assistance). She berated me and called me impaired. A formal complaint today and also noted that she charged me for insurance without asking me for consent and did not check if I have full coverage in charge to cover it.
