I was treated very well and everything went as expected. This location is a gas station, so U-Haul is their side business. As such do not expect them to have everything!

I had two very different experiences at this location on the same day (today). When I checked out in the morning, the lady (don't know her name) at the counter and Bob were extremely helpful, kind, and respectful. They provided excellent customer service, and the checkout process was smooth and pleasant. However, my experience upon returning was completely opposite. The woman who assisted me was loud, rude, and very disrespectful. Although I was the first customer to walk in, she asked me to step aside so she could help the customer behind me — which I agreed to. But after that customer left, she did the same thing again with the next customers, a couple there to pick up their car from the auto shop. When I asked her why she kept skipping me, she replied that to process my rental return, she would have to lock the store. That made no sense — if more customers kept coming in, it seemed like she could delay me indefinitely. Her attitude and explanation were unprofessional and unacceptable. Later, when she came outside, she continued to speak rudely, instructing me to back up the trailer in an unpleasant and disrespectful tone. The entire interaction left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will try to avoid using this location in the future.
