Melanie was so wonderful and so sweet. She was the only one and handled both the U-Haul and the gas station client needs with kindness. Give yourself a little time because it is a small operation but they do a great job.

JILL DThe truck had garbage in it and was dirty not swept. The clerk had no idea what she was doing and the process took way longer than needed. For the deposit I paid partial cash part card. I was not made aware that the mileage minimum was 50. When I returned the truck that took way longer than needed. She processed the return of the miles and said that all the refund was going back on the card that I did not get cash back. I left and had to go all the way back to get the cash. I specifically asked her. She brushed me off and said no. Very disappointing
