The price was higher than expected and double the previous year. Equipment was not the best shape the tie down straps were weathered out falling apart. Not safe

very tight area to turn around with a trailer.
JEAN GLady inside was very rude to me. Didn't want to help me get logged into the app so I can return my vehicle and she was very unpleasant treated me like I was bothering her
RONALD AMelanie was so wonderful and so sweet. She was the only one and handled both the U-Haul and the gas station client needs with kindness. Give yourself a little time because it is a small operation but they do a great job.
