No fault of Safe Haven Self Storage of Middletown - The vehicle had a fair amount of damage - The emergency brake was bent severely out of place (which I was able to correct) One of the knobs to control the heat & A/C was missing - Unfortunately, the damaged passenger door, though safe, made a lot of wind noise at highway speeds - Not fun when you are driving 8 plus hours - Also, the transmission kept slipping into "passing gear" and would really bang when shifting back to normal - This happened often and happened without any change in driving -
TOM MSo I am new to the state. I found it very difficult to find your location behind the building. I saw the Storage in the plaza, but got confused as to where the actual office was better sign placement would be appreciated for people not from the area the two ladies at the front desk were amazing. They could not have been sweeter and kinder. I think you got a great team there they gave me excellent customer service and I would recommend your location because those two ladies were very sweet.
