The equipment was not well maintained. Driver mirror was not adjustable at all the angles. Had difficulty while driving due to this. The gas tank cap was also very tight and I faced a lot of difficulty in opening it while filling the tank.

We were changed to an associated location at the last minute, not very thrilled about it. But the lady was very welcoming and offered to help us with drop off - she did ask us whether we'd like to do it ourselves. She patiently listened to our story and we saw she was helping another customer with the same kindness.

Sheldon FThey assigned a smaller return location which was very dark with no lights in the parking lot. There is a major uhaul down the road that is where I thought I was returning it to. Had to drive to the smaller one then take a million pics in the dark and rain.
