The only we had was the app was not allowing the pictures we took of the truck to load so it elongated the check in process and we had to call customer service. It was just not very smooth regarding the mobile check-in. Otherwise, everything was great.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI received my truck with half a tank of gas, I returned it with half a tank of gas. I was charged for 3 gallons of gas. Give all trucks with a full tank and return the same way- there's no way to prove whether that added charge made a difference in the fuel marker.
