China P.I had ordered some help from movers, who never contacted me and never showed up. I only had one large item to move and without movers I couldn't do anything, so this was a huge waste. The movers were Nice N EZ Movers. At the very least you need to stop listing movers on your website that do this kind of thing at all. But also I'm not too pleased with the fact that this rental was wasted and the people at this location weren't really able to do anything to help. I understand Uhaul probably has no official liability for things like this, but suffice it to say that because of this situation I'm probably not going to use Uhaul again.
