The UHaul app never worked, and my husband had to call to get the truck checked-in. The policy that determines cost and adds days for drop-off needs to be demystified. We had the truck back befor the date that the system changed it to on the contract. It makes common sense to reimburse two days charges. Why do we select days and you charge days, but UHaul claims to reimburse days when turned in prior to the due date. This should be e plained as part of the contract or a policy written on the confirmation.
