I have used this location for storage over the last 14 years and had zero problems that weren't able to be resolved quickly and without incident. I was able to set up my billing online with a stored credit card for hassle-free monthly payments. Tony, Paula and Trey have always been a sincere joy to work with, as they are all very professional and friendly. Sadly, as a result of economic conditions everywhere, my rent has gone up twice in the last 6 years, so I could no longer afford the storage (despite the fact that the prices at this location is VERY comparable to other local storage facilities). When it was time to move out, I was able to easily rent a truck from the same location making the move super convenient. The storage room did have two doors, but plenty of space to load and unload from. They recently upgraded the units with fresh paint so they look very nice. The storage area is always clean and secure. While there is not 24-hr access, the available hours always fit my needs. I did encounter some rare sightings of mouse droppings, so it's my guess someone had been storing food against the policy, but the mice didn't create much of a problem (they stole some of my wrapping paper for their nests lol) and they weren't anywhere near as bad as the racoons and mice I deal with while storing things in my own garage. All in all, Storage Plus was a very good option for my moving and storage needs and I couldn't have asked for more. This location will be my first pick if I ever need moving or storage services again!

I called the number and was told that they would call me back in 10 minutes to set it up virtually; however, no one called until 2 hours after our conversation. At that time I had already cancelled and set up storage somewhere else. Very bad customer service.
