Ordered a dolly-confirmed it was missing during online check in before leaving with truck but was still charged for it when I returned it. Truck location is not close to key lock box which made for a very confusing experience-had to call after hours UHaul support number for help. Truck was functional and got the job done but will go somewhere else next time.

They messed up my phone number which caused picking up the truck a hassle. The pick up process is a pain in the butt for sure!! I called the call center and finally got the problem solved, but it took 40 minutes to get it picked up.

james sI will never use uhaul again. A terrible business. I reserved the truck at my desired location and a day before pickup they called and said they didn't have my truck and sent me to another location. I selected the 'counter pickup' option and when I arrived to the second location, no one was there. When I called customer service they said I had to do it mobile and hung up! The app and website kept crashing and we ended up having to call the property manager to walk us through it verbally. We finally got the truck 45 minutes after the desired pick up time which put us off schedule. A horrible, horribe experience. I will never use this service again and I would like to get my money back for the hassle.
