Instructions where to pick up truck was unclear. Instructions for the App pick up unclear. Price to rent a truck was ridiculous! Getting hold of someone to help on the phone was nearly impossible. I would like to see more in person pick up rather than remote pick up.

MICHAEL SWhen I arrived at the location to pick up the U-Haul, they couldn’t find the key to the truck so I spent about 45 minutes waiting for them to figure out what to do. The U-Haul customer service over the phone was helpful though.
