I didnt request any insurance yet was charged for it. Also was charged 60 for a 18.95 trailer. I have rented many, and never been charged that much for one day. Disappointed. Trailer is leaky and didnt seem to have been cleaned since the last time I rented it. I didnt my paperwork online yet had to stand there and wait for her to do it on her tablet. Doesnt make sense. Awful experience.
Megan WThey didn’t have the blankets I wanted and paid for. She told me she would give me a credit for not having them. When I asked to see a credit she wouldn’t show me but promised she would do it.
