I was very unhappy, I call night before & talked to a woman about next day rental. She quoted me $19.95 for the truck rental plus $1.09 per mile. When we picked up there was a $39.90 rental rate, she had never mention. We had to take truck since we had to pick up furniture. We only had truck for 4 hours. Very deceiving.

We had to return quickly as a taillight was out. But we were put into another truck and on our way very quickly.
MEGHAN COne of the rachets on the trailer was very stiff and dry. I had to lube it to get it to work. Also supposedly the lights were checked when I left but when I arrived to pick up my car I was told that the left brake light and turn signal were not working. We checked the connection but it wouldn't work. I find it hard to believe it went out when I drove the trailer 10 miles.
DAWN GGentleman was very happy to help. They weren’t even open yet and he brought us in to help us after trying to figure out the mobile app.
