Usually this place is excellent, but I must put it one star lower as this time they did not have the truck that we reserved so we had to use a van. Thankfully, everything still fit and it was the same price as the truck. I do think we should be given some sort of discount or money back for the trouble though.

WILLIAM JThis was not the location I originally called. The location I called didn't have the tow dolly I needed. Rather than just telling me "sorry" she actually located a dolly at another location and reserved it for me, saving me another call. Customer service at both locations was excellent!
JOHN BMy ONLY complaint: at the rear of the truck, where the grab handle is... it's a helluva pinch point between the handle and the edge trim. TWICE I tore the skin on my hand while stepping off the truck holding that handle. I imagine that it's the same on most of the trucks, but I'd never had that happen with previous truck rentals.
