The customer service people were amazing very kind and very knowledgeable. Now for the bad… while driving the 26ft u-haul truck it felt like the transmission and or engine was going to go and the breaks felt like they were not working like they are supposed too. I was going to inform customer service once I gave the truck back but unfortunately that wasn’t till late last night around 11pm ish and they were closed but other wise the truck was very clean inside.
