Super nice staff

ROBIN DAmazing customer service. Have rented a couple of truck trucks from them now and will for sure go back or recommend them to anyone that needs to have a U-Haul rented.
CHERYL SThis has nothing to do with the pick up location itself for the drop off location itself. It has to do with the fact that I ordered a 15 foot truck. I did it two weeks before we had to move and I was told the day before I had the truck reserved for that there were no trucks in the whole city of Bowling Green that were 15 foot. I had to drive all the way to Scottsville, Kentucky and pick up a 20 foot truck which I did not want. I wanted a 15 foot truck. The only thing you all did for me was gave me $50 off and I had to drive an extra hour out of my way because you all didn’t have the truck now if you want somebody to call me and we can discuss this.
