DENNIS GI checked in online and per the instructions, went inside to get the keys. There was no attendant for around 15 minutes. When he finally came, he began to help a couple who were starting their rental from scratch. I asked politely if I could please have the key to the van and be on my way. The attendant refused to assist me until he finished the lengthy rental in front of him. I notified the manager via the phone number provided. The only response I received was “I oversee 30 locations, I have no idea where you are”. When I told him the location, he said nothing and made no further replies. The costumer service at this location is a zero and the costumer service provided by management is also a zero. I hate to think what might happen should I require assistance due to equipment failure or worse. Terrible experience.
