online application was frustrating. called 800 number for reservation and loaded all info name payment etc. When I got to pick-up dealer I had to do it all over again, none of the reservation info was available or loaded! waste of time, not to mention the 6 txt msgs about downloading an ap and 3 rd party deals included.

sharon gBetter tires, had a blowout on one tire, which I thought was a little bald looking but I didn’t say anything. The roadside assistance worked very good though.
