Employee was in the lot and just told me he would check me in and I could just leave it. It didn’t get checked in until the next morning so UHaul called later that night wanting to know where my equipment was. Extra stress that could have been avoided.
Heather SDid not give assistance for drop off location. Only stated to call 1800Gouhaul. Ended up finding a much closer place after a number of phone calls to U-haul dealers.

CHASE VEverything was great! The only improvement that could be made would be to have a chauffeur as well! (Kidding!) I would definitely rent from this location again.
