OH MY GOD.. COULD I JUST LOSE MY MIND. Your "easy to use and convienient app that only takes 15 minutes" to do, Crashed FOUR times during my rental! Every single time making me start over taking new pictures and everything.. IT WAS 37 FUCKING DEGREES AND I STOOD OUTSIDE WALKING CIRCLES AROUND YOUR EQUIPTMENT FOR AN HOUR. ONLY after the FOURTH time, while I finally getting ahold of someone at your call center was I told that I couldn't share my experience they are there only to troubleshoot obviously frequent issues like mine.. The trucks were too close togeather to take your scare tactic photos, there were ZERO lights when I spent another 30 minutes in the cold attempting to take pictures during drop off. THIS IS YOUR PROCESS? Start over. I will MOST LIKELY and happily pay WAY more for a different companies services in the future. The funny part is I currently am in need of upcoming truck rentals that I am now dreading. I WILL GLADLY PAY MORE!!! Oh my Godess I am so fucking upset. I don't know if anything you do could make me less upset. I spent an hour and a half one of the most chaotic days of my life dealing with your bullshit, after hours in a cold dark industrial complex parking lot... I expect a partial refund or a SUBSTANCIAL discount on a future rental. On a personal note, I am well spoken and level headed local business owner and am actually quite ashamed of my own review, however I do not know how else to make you feel my frustration. If someone came to me and told me my business ran like this I would burn the whole rental system down and start over.. Consider it at great length!
