Make shore charge the right customer the right mileage on return I was over charged for mileage over 30 miles and once corrected got charged twice and was told I had to wait 7 business days to get a refund and was charged again for another amount that I have no clue is pr-eauthorized on my banking account my money was taken instantly and now I have to call and waste time trying to fix this.

Very nice customer service.
Zina CI put gas in the truck, filled it up to full. Paid a little under $9. When my card was charged, they charged me for not filling the truck up. This is fraudulent.
