Parking lot is muddy when getting in and out of truck. Driver's wiper blade was metal hitting windshield. Rear cargo door extremely hard to roll up.

Royall MThe overall experience was very good. The height of the storage area was not tall enough to stand up some furniture. Also, the railings in the storage area do not have enough space between the railings and the side of the truck. You cannot fit bungee cords or ratchet straps between the space to tie down items within the storage areas.

Richard SI rented a truck a week in advance I get there. It was blocked in by three other trucks had to spend an hour on the phone. Finally, the third person is Supervisor said they would credit me mileage when I return the truck that did not happen another four people later and all they did was submit a ticket for investigation. Very disappointed in U-Haul.
