I initially reserved a trailer from Kings and Queens in Savannah. The agent called me in route to tell me she was unavailable but that she would contact another UHaul and they would get back to me. Never heard back from her. I contacted another UHAul store and they put me in touch with Midway. I would not be renting anything from Kings and Queens in the future.

Very limited parking. Must wait for traffic to clear along a major road to park. Says 24/7 recieving but questionable. Signed equipment back in via the app and was charged by this location for 2 additional days of rental. When I called them on a WED, the representative wasn't available until the following afternoon. Recommend traveling a little farther and going somewhere else.

JOSE SThey don’t have my truck when I got to the location to pick it up even though I called ahead and confirmed with them my reservation. I needed up getting a smaller truck instead. They left me to hook up the trailer by myself and the truck had a cracked windshield and a huge exhaust leak. I was very disappointed with the pick up experience.
