Staff ate friendly and extremely helpful.
FRANCIS MIt’s not necessarily positioned in a great location for access. The staff are a little lackadaisical when it comes to U-HAUL transactions. I actually picked up from this location a truck that was on 1/8 or 1/4 a tank. I also had to drive back and forth to this location which in the end cost me an additional 9 miles. I also wasn’t provided the UD that I requested either. I’m not sure if these issues are apart of the U-HAUL schedulers or what but not happy.
