The girl was very nice
JOHN LOn Monday I received the vehicle, but did not perform a visual inspection due to time constraints. As such, I did not see the flat rear passenger tire. The dashboard alerted me to it but I had an appointment to keep and did not deal with the issue until three hours later. With the aid of a stranger, the tire partially inflated to find it had an egg-sized bulge at 35 PSI! This is HUGELY UNSAFE. Why was this not spotted before I picked up the van? After calling roadside assistance, they replaced the bad tire with the spare, then put the bad tire in the spare tire's place. It is Tuesday night and that bad tire is still in the spare tire location - I know this because I rented the same van today. Today everything was great. But yesterday was a bad day - I could not meet other appointments and obligations because of the bad tire.
Nathan FAlthough this was not my original closer location I signed up for, the person who helped me at the Milford location was very helpful. I tried doing everything through the app but it was very involved so I went inside.
