I feel cheated as cost showed online that I would be paying 99 dollars then .89 per mile and had to pay almost 300 dollars and got nothing back also think my wallet is missing and think either location or next person probably got it and u tried to charge me 50cmore dollars

WILLIAM GI would have given my experience an excellent rating if it would not have been the trouble that the store was having with the U-Haul web site. It took much longer for me to rent the truck than it should have.
susan lDuring pick up, location was behind a dump. When trying to follow instructions via the browser, when I got to the part for the key box code, the browser said download the app. I download the app and it skipped past the key box. Making me stand in the cold while I call to request.
