Nothing they did GREAT!
ROSS BFantastic experience - as usual! Newborn 2 Teen does such a great job getting you in and out quickly - the cargo van was extremely clean and so well maintained. Thank you! I'm a repeat customer and will definitely be back as needs present themselves!
STEPHEN MNewborn 2 Teen is a great place with an amazing Manager!! UHAUL is the issue and the problem. The advertising is mis-leading and the price of a rental is WAY too expensive. We basically drove from Cincinnati to Columbus in the same day for $300. Sorry this is the last time we use UHAUL. This has nothing to do with the people at Newborn 2 Teen... they are GREAT!
CHRISTOPHER RCudos to U-haul field guy, trailer had no right brake light, he offered to re-wire front of trailer harness after ruling out bulb, etc. etc…took only about 10 minutes, trailer was good to go…very friendly people at Newborn to teen…
