This was a great experience! I needed to rent a truck to help someone move, and they made sure everything was exactly as I requested. I ran into a small problem, and they bent over backwards to help me. I couldn't be happier with the way I was treated.

TAHAUNAH LWe scheduled a pickup in Cincinnati a week prior, found out college kids crashed the ones we were supposed to take, then got sent to Milford Ohio instead of U-Haul just calling to divert us there in the first place. Then the size we wanted wasn’t available so yea this was a terrible experience.
