Rob saved the day for us. UHAUL App sucks. We originally reserved for Rob’s location and reservation was transferred to another location 10 miles away. Rob was helpful to give us what was returned that morning, his last truck. UHAUL, HAS TO INFORM CUSTOMERS OF CHANGES IN ADVANCE, not when we are picking up.😠
