My favorite uhaul rental location

LEI YI reserved a truck close to my home in San Francisco because we don’t have a vehicle. Two days before we were set to pick it up two blocks away, U-Haul called and said we had to pick it up it up in Millbrae 30 minutes away. The location was subpar. Truck was dirty inside and the tank was only half full. You’d think they’d have the truck clean and the tank filled, especially since the truck was located at a GAS STATION!! Then, they changed the drop off location as well. We tried to return the truck a day early and weren’t allowed to. The next day, they called us an hour before it was due to be dropped off and asked when we’d be there. We put gas in, filled the tank to half, and they still charged us $15 for gas. Worst experience ever!!
Wayne HFirst I booked picked from Millbrae Drop Off at the day of the pick up they called me they said I can’t drop off anywhere but their location. Also When I put their address at google map it takes me to San Carlos 25 min south of their location I feel this is a trick to get more mileage or what!!!!
